Welcome to Hatch Photo Artistry

Exceptional fine art photography capturing the evolving narrative of our world.

Eric Hatch invites you to explore the world through photography that blends adventure, artistry, and insight. His work spans evocative black-and-white portraiture, dynamic landscapes that reflect the soul of a place, and travel photography that uncovers Earth’s wildest regions and their powerful geology. Using his camera as a guide, he transports viewers to destinations they have long imagined. Hatch also documents urgent social issues, including climate change and drug addiction; his portraits of individuals struggling with addiction are held in the permanent collection of the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College. For more than thirteen years, he has photographed glaciers, revealing both their beauty and their rapid disappearance as they melt at unprecedented rates. His images communicate emotion as strongly as they capture place. Join him in discovering a world that is changing before our eyes. Come along and experience his vision.

About Eric Hatch

My name is Eric Hatch and I am a full-bore creative, both a fine-art photographer and a professional writer. I am looking for connections in the museum and art-exhibition world to display my work on glacial retreat and addiction.

Eric K. Hatch is known as both an author and photographer. As a writer, Eric Hatch has won two national awards. As a photographer, he is best known for Faces of Addiction and Glaciers in Retreat, both collections of powerful photos addressing socially important issues.
